Our Expectations
- Commercial training or equivalent qualification.
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.
- Experience using ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Good communication skills and enjoyment of customer interaction.
- Flexibility and motivation for a role with varied tasks; experience in the food sector or butchery is a plus.
- Languages: French fluent, good basic knowledge of German (reading and comprehension).
Your tasks
Administration
- Manage general administration: handle emails and phone calls.
- Draft minutes of meetings (management meetings, monthly figures).
Purchasing / Sales / Commercial
- Manage suppliers: creation, listing, organizing tastings and promotional activities, price setting, technical - datasheets, orders, and verification of delivery notes and invoices.
- Create sales items based on technical datasheets and management guidelines.
- Conduct store visits: monitor shelves and counters, check products purchased and displayed (meat, charcuterie).
- Enter orders into the ERP system or via email (stock and counters).
- Participate in sales-related projects: decoration, events, signage.
- Record and follow up on customer complaints and quality issues.
Management
- Enter losses into Excel spreadsheets.
- Modify sales prices in IT systems.
- Prepare and analyze daily and weekly statistics for management.
Human Resources
- Develop and update staff schedules.
- Communicate with HR department regarding absences, contracts, and hours.
- Prepare daily and weekly attendance reports.
Marketing
- Propose promotions, update spreadsheets, and take photos.
- Validate prices and photos with the manager.
