Your tasks
- Provides a friendly and efficient welcome. Delivers quality service and professional advice to customers in accordance with Ville Neuve’s commercial policy.
In collaboration with the manager, ensures that merchandise is presented in a commercial and attractive manner.
- Able to analyze sales results (turnover, conversion rates) and compare them to set objectives. The assistant can make proposals to the manager that may contribute to improved store performance.
- Responsible for stock, incoming and outgoing goods (transfers, supplier returns) following established rules and procedures.
- Together with the manager, responsible for bank deposits, safe management, cash discrepancies, and proper application of all internal procedures.
- In agreement with the manager, ensures that staff are well-informed, motivated, and properly trained.
- Maintains and ensures staff compliance with rules and procedures. In the manager’s absence, capable of creating a schedule adapted to the store’s needs.
- Responsible for organizing work and task allocation when the manager is absent.
- Maintains regular contact with the manager, district manager, and administrative team.
